This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
things are looking up. I have two art classes in which to work on outstanding art pieces that I have been neglecting, like the story comic I was working on. I will be working on it little by little over top of my class work so I hope to finish at lest 1 page some time next week.
i will hope to load up some new art work too if my scanner wants to cooperate X3
I use a program called Poser 4, and do touch-up work on Paint Shop Pro 7. Both of these are older programs, being that they already have Poser 8 and PSP 10 out.
If you're wanting to get into 3d graphics. Poser is good for character and scene design. Bryce is good for landscaping. Gimp has really good post rendering light effects. (It's also a free download) and Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop are great for shadowing and other touch-up work. You don't have to have all these, but they do come in handy. I primarily use Poser and PSP. I think I paid about $90 for poser on e-bay a few years ago. It's probably cheaper now, if you can find it. The newer Poser 8 is up there in price, and you'll definitely need a fast computer with that one.
Hope that helps friend. If you get into it and need assistance don't hesitate to ask. Just drop me an email.
